workout suggestions?

Ive lost alot of inches in my tummy and other areas but since ive plateau'd for so long i feel fat again even though my body is better that wat it was when i starting losing weight. I need to get rid of the tiny bits of my love handles, tone my thighs, get my stomach down and get rid of the flabs in my arms.

So any excercise suggestions as well? I lost weight doing yoga and some cardio with running on an incline treadmill..im now using more cardio and going to try some workouts with Just Dance 2

any suggestions of exercises i could try?

    You need to lift. You need a program that combines Strength training with cardio.

    I personally love doing different types of circuit training.

    Sadly you can not spot reduce. Your body will pull the fat from where it want too. You can 'target' areas for toning up, but you have to burn the fat to notice any difference. I really enjoy any intense dance workout. Great cardio and gets you sweating hard!

  • the strength training in wii fit plus got me really sore plus the running and dancing i did. Might think of getting INSANITY but i dunno if my body is ready for that kind of workout yet
