    I found this too. Annoying.

However, if you enter it in cardio, you will have an adjustment of calories.

    blessings.

Under Cardio you have to log it as Strength Training. This is how I log mine. The strength training portion is really just for you to see what you are doing. And then the calories burned from this will be incorporated into your daily calorie allowance

Also invest in a HRM...is the best tool!

It's under the HELP section at the top of each page silly!
    Q. Doesn't strength training burn calories? Why don't you show any calories burned for strength training?

    A. Estimating the calories burned from strength training is very difficult because it depends on a variety of factors: how much weight you lifted per repetition, how vigorously you performed that exercise, how much rest you took between sets, etc. Because of this, we do not automatically calculate how many calories you burned from strength training exercises.

However, if you'd like, you can add "Strength training" as a cardio exercise to get a rough estimate of how many calories you burned. Please be aware though that this is definitely a rough estimate and can be fairly inaccurate.

I just created an exercise in cardio. I give myself 1 calorie per minute (including rest). It may be a little conservative, but I don't know how else to do it, I don't have an HRM, and I'm not gonna get cheated out of those calories, even if it is only 30-60.
