Hi everyone! I just started this program and I love it! I have the app on my phone so I can log my food and exercise throughout the day. Honestly, I have never been too keep on the idea of food and exercise diaries, but I understand that the help to keep you accountable for your input and output. I am serious about this weight loss. I lost all of the weight from my twins about 6 years ago, but gained more than that wading through 4 miserable years of marriage. Now I am re-married and very happy and looking to dump the last bad thing about my first marriage - this weight!
