I need a support system!

Hi! I am so glad I found this site. My main focus to this site is having support from others. I have always been average size UNTIL I had a child 8 years ago. I gained 80 lbs at 5'0. 3 years I decided to go on a strict diet. Lost 100 lbs. After that I starting becoming very obssessive of what I eat...then it turned into counting calories---the wrong way! Then I developed an eating disorder that I have struggled with for 4 years. I am alot better than i was. I am so glad Ifound this site. I can actually see what I take in and when I work the extra calories off how much it takes off. I just want to be healthy the right way, not to obsess, not to have guilt with what goes in my body....just to learn to live. i want a new look about self image...and that I don't have to be under 100 lbs. I want to love myself. So I would love to meet new friends and have support from others. My family and daughter need me to love myself and just be happy about life and stop worrying!!!! I hope this is not awkward for others, but it is me speaking out and tring to help myself.
