Help with calories

I worked out and burned 800 calories today, I have eaten approx 1000, what else could I eat now? It's late! (Or, what should I do in the future to not allow this to happen?) I will not lose any weight because I have not taken in enough calories.

    Plan!! I woudn't worry too much about today, just have a healthy snack then spend a few minutes planning out a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner for tomorrow so you will get in enough calories then.
    One day under your caloriesn't isn't going to derail your weight loss but if you keep it up, your body just won't be getting enough nutrition to stay healthy.
