I listen to my body tonight. Last week I jogged 5 times and walked 1 time last week. Monday I felt AMAZING and did about 3.5 mostly jogging. Then Tuesday my body was sore but I pushed though it and did 2.3 miles. Tonight I was like I need to change it up...I did a zumba, kickboxing, a workout that had squats/lunges/z-step/and a few other things, and cooled down with zen yoga. My body feels all nice and stretched...hopefully tomorrow I can jog again

Awesome! Best thing to do is listen to your body.. if it needs the rest.. give it some :P0
