Hello, new here!

My name is Faith and I am training for my first 1/2 marathon. I'm working on toning up and losing some extra lbs that have overstayed their welcome.

A friend of mine recommended this site a few weeks ago... I started tracking my food and was surprised by how far off my portion-ometer has been (lol)! I am excited to get on the right track and get back down to a healthier weight =)

If anyone is working on their running, losing some weight, or is just positive and encouraging- feel free to add me! (I don't really know how the friend/ message boards work on here but I am figuring it out slowly).
