How many cals are in....

a 150g everything bagel??? The ones I get are baked locally so they are not in the database and the nutritional value per bagel isn't listed on the bag. Even a rough idea would be great.

    I'm pretty sure there's about 340 calories in a bagel, but it still depends on the bagel and where you get it. Everyone maks them differently.

    Usually about 260-280 per 100 grams.

    everything with carbs usually has a lot of cals
