    I've watch this and this guy is dead on the money. I know understand why you like his video. He is very right. That is why I'm know going to perimeter shop at the grocery store.

    Hey, that guys looks good!
    I am also trying to post videos on youtube to do with my weightloss and body image. I am having a breast enlargement in about 3 (or less) months and in that time I want to lose a stone (if not more) so i am satisfied with my body :-) I have huge confidence issues etc. :-( Please check out my channel - my first vlog will be uploaded this evening (GMT time zone) I hope you can spread the word and enjoy!

    In the videos there will be tips/advice/tested out methods of weightloss so you might want to share your advice or find something useful on the vids. (I know it is mostly for women but feel free to enjoy the weight loss vlog/journey)
