I've been logging mine under cardio strength training. I know what I've done. I never eat all of my exercise calories so I'd rather it be low than exaggerated. WTG BTW. I'm proud of you. Keep on pushing play. We did Strength Last night and onto Cardio tonight! Woo Hoo. I hate hate hate underdogs. I tried to demonstrate one the other day and acutally did it successfully. So we will have to see how it works out tonight.0
