Bbq sauce recipe please

Hey guys, I saw a chicken in bbq sauce recipe the other day on here, and stupidly didnt bump it, and now cant fine it anywhere. I know it was brown sugar, red sauce (ketchup), soya sauce and I think garlic??? But dont know quantities, does anyone know of a recipe that is nice? (not spicy though, as OH doesnt like spice lol) x

    I found this online. I guess you could substitute Ketchup for the tomato sauce but it would add a lot of sugar and salt? But as long as you don't eat a lot of it, I'm sure it would be ok. Hope it helps.

    8floz no-salt tomato sauce
    2tbsp Mustard, prepared
    1tbsp brown sugar
    1medium garlic cloves , finely minced
    1small onions , finely chopped
