    I thought that was interesting as well.. my biggest issue -- I sometimes workout to eat more on days when I should just focus on training and exercising.. :grumble:

    I KNOW! Me too!
    I can admit that if I know I am going to be eating heavier I workout harder.

    I kinda struggled with the whole unrealistic size thing. I really don't WANT to be a size two, and I would worry that it would make me give up. Heck, I can't even get 10lbs off!

    Okay, unless you've got a serious pain reliver addiction, I can't imagine "popping M&M's like they're advil" could do you all that much damage... lol! :laugh: :laugh:

    I miss my M&M's .... I've given'em up mostly for dark chocolate.
