Same routine or different?

Just wondering thoughts from other working out 6 days a week in a gym....I started off with treadmill cardio 4x a week and core exercises w weights 2x a week and recently I've been trying out different classes and loving them..spin, zumba, turbo kick and body pump...is that a good thing so early in my workout venture? I'm sore pretty much everyday...not painful..but sometimes uncomfortable sore. Just wondering if I stay standard routine or keep mixing it all up? I havent' weighed in yet, I just started this site 4 days ago...I'll be weighing in on Friday or Saturday...:D

    Keep switching it up, your body will adapt and it burns calories to adapt. Its called muscle confusion.
