Hi everyone.
I am Holly and I come to MFP after having lost about 50 pounds and maintained that loss pretty well. I have at least another 50 to go. I had knee surgery in January, and was just released back to normal activity Memorial Day weekend. I have been able to get back into the swing of my workouts without too much trouble. I enjoy spinning, strength/endurance aerobic training (I think it's similar to Body Pump), running (although I'm limited in how quickly I can work back up to real running due to my knee), and occasionally swimming laps.
I have been doing pretty well with my eating, but that is the part that is definitely harder for me. I'm trying to be patient with myself!
I've enjoyed the message boards on this site, so I thought I would come out of my usual lurking status and say hello.
