Feeling on such a downer:(

I'm feeling on such a downer today, I'm so unmotivated and not just to exercise but to do anything, I need to do a load of housework but I just cannot be bothered. Just had a stupid argument with my boyfriend and feel so stressed I feel like i just need some chocolate! Erghh just needed a bit of a rant to release some feelings and wonder what other people do in these situations?

    I agree. Go to sleep. You may feel better when you wake up. Don't eat chocolate. Try your best to stay on track. Sleep, sleep, sleep.

    I would take all that frustration out from the argument and clean like heck! You will feel better when its all done and maybe it will help your mood.
  • Have a small cup of snack pack chocolate pudding :) that should satisfy your chocolate craving and not go too much on calories :)

    :flowerforyou: I feel like that EVERYDAY! But just push urself to do something small, like the dishes or sweeping, and then the rest will fall into place. FYI....u can calculate how many cals burned during housework and skip ur workout for the day if ur that tired....I do it ALL the time!:bigsmile: U work up a sweat and burn cals while cleaning without even thinking about it, and if u put some music on, it makes it easier :bigsmile:

    Don't focus on all you need to do, too over whelming. I make lists and cross off things as I do them. Feels good to see the list shrink!! Maybe pick 1 room and list all the things you need to do in there (Ex: bedroom: change sheets, dust furniture, vacuum.) Then you can focus on that one room and the smaller jobs within that room. Turn on some fun music and get to cleaning!!!!!!
    And to be honest, I would ahe given in and had the chocolate!!! :blushing:

    get cleaning! take it out on your home! lol i find that cleaning relieves a lot of anger and frustration...ooorrrr stick on a music channel and have a little boogie round the house to cheer yourself up.

    if you eat chocolate your just gonna feel worse afterwards.

    or if your really not motivated and really not in the mood then just have a hot bath and chill. :o)

    I felt like this the other day. I had to read a few motivational stories and success stories and go to bed early. I was in a foul mood!!!
    Everyone gets like this and I know you probably don't feel like it but take it out on the cleaning or work up a sweat and get rid of your frustrations that way

    Thanks guys i reached out for the celery instead of chocolate! Going to get off my bum and do some housework I know I feel better afterwards, I've been meaning to get it done for days!
