Guys, am so so fed up with working so hard and no weight loss, inch loss etc.

Any hints or tips you have in case its menopoase related would be fab! just need to keep trying different things I think!

    I feel your pain!! I am 55 and weight loss has always been slow for me. In the past few years it was such a struggle. I am really getting lots of help and ideas from the 50+ thread here. I think what I have learned here is that tracking my food is important and moving (a lot) is also just as important. I am losing weight and inches....very slowly. MFP has kept my motivation up. There is a book called Younger Next Year that is a good resource and discusses aging and the need to move alot to keep your body generating muscle growth versus losing muscle.

    Am only 41 but been menopausal for 5 1/2 years now.. I will take a look at the thread and the book!
