self image books????

Ok, I am about 5lbs away from goal and want to focus on some toning from there. My main problem has become my self image. I was always the overweight black sheep of the family. My sisters once called me the "ugly duckling" and said I turned into the swan. I was made fun of a lot when I was younger. The fat kid with freckles, bucked teeth, and no fashion sense.

All those things are taken care of now.......except the freckles, and I like them :)

My question is.....are there any books that I can read that will help me change the dialogue in my head? I know I am not that girl anymore, or that fat adult, so why do I continue to see that person?

Most days I like that girl in the mirror. Flaws? yes, but that is who I am.

Trying to work on my inside and outside.......Has anything specific worked for you?

Sonia Choquette's newest book, Power of Spirit, or even A New Earth by Eckardt Tolle...gotta change that thought pattern, it's very important. Once you change your thoughts, you catch yourself with certain thoughts, you can stop yourself from thinking them, by saying, "That's not my thought." If you get more intouch with your higher self, and more connected to your spirit, your body image will change.
