Chicken breast in a garlic gravy, mashed "potatoes", asparagus and a yorkshire pudding
245 calories 1 gram of fat, 33 grams of protein
Chicken breast was browned i used a spray oil. Added chicken broth and some garlic to complete cooking process.
The potatoes are not so much potatoes but 1/5 potatoes (I used instant, one serving 22g of flakes) and the rest is half of a cauliflower pureed, tsp of margarine and a little milk.
Asparagus was steamed in chicken broth.
the gravy was chicken broth that i cooked the chicken in, seasoned, reduced and one tsp of cornstarch added to thicken.
I didnt make the yorkshire pudding but i found some frozen that are 35 calories a piece and taste good!

I admit, I saw "yorkshire" and my first thought was "what did her dog do to dinner?". :bigsmile:0
