This article (http://healthland.time.com/2011/06/23/study-the-best-and-worst-foods-for-weight-loss/) seems to think so. Based on a study coming out of Harvard, "... suggests that the quality of your food matters more than its calorie count." Not an entirely new ideas, but an interesting longitudinal study
