i dont usually have a lot of time in the morning to bake or do anything creative for breakfast so i usually stick to a bowl of cereal and nonfat milk. but its starting to get pretty boring. probably had it for a week or so straight lol. but im curious if anyone has good breakfast tips that is pretty fast and still tasty. if its portable and i can take it on the road.... even better lol.

all comments are appreciated ^_^ and thank you in advance.

-now to grab a bowl of cereal cuz im hungry lol.

When I'm in a hurry I grab an apple/banana and yogurt :) Protein shakes are good if you have enough time for that. A packet of oatmeal is great, and it doesn't take long to fry a couple eggs!

Pita Break - Breakfast Muesli Pita, 1 pita it has 210 cal, 4g fiber, 4g fat from nuts and grains, 6g protein and 6g calcium
Toast it and eat it on the run or put a half a tbsp of peanut butter (50 cals)in there for an extra boost of protein. It is good.

My go-to breakfast is 3 egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal made with almond milk and some fruit like a banana, blueberries, or an apple. I also love Ezekiel bread toasted with some all natural PB and a banana sliced on top!

Equal parts plain Greek yogurt and Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal mixed together is my staple breakfast. Very filling and high in protein and fiber.

I like to make a good protein shake with yogurt and fruit in it. make it in a single serving blender so you can mix and go!
