Any Caribou Coffee Fans?

Hola mi amigos!
I'm going to Caribou Coffee this afternoon with a girl friend of mine. I already browsed on thier website for nutritional information, but I don't really do Caribou that much- More of a starbucks fan. But anyways, I am not a fan of plain teas or coffee, and I think I'd like something cold.
Do you have any suggestions for things approx 150 cals or less? Any Caribou Baristas out there that can give me ideas for a yummy beverage I can order?
I really appreciate your help!

So long as you do it sugar free syrup and nonfat milk - the caloric count will be just like the Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte. (I like the coconut flavoring but most places don't have it sugar free). You can put anything over ice or have them blend it.0

You don't like coffee at all? I mean you can always get a small skim latte with sugar free caramel or vanilla etc. At the Bou they call these northern lite lattes. Stay away from the "lite" mochas. They aren't that lite. They also have northern lite coffee coolers -- which I would say at a small are around 150 cals. Cool and refreshing but also have the coffee flavor.
The mango iced tea at caribou with a shot of Rasberry in it is really good -- I couldnt be exact how many calories that would be but probably only abou 50 since the tea doesnt have any it would just be the flavor syrup. And as far as I remember from my barista days Cbou has sugar free rasberry syrup also.
Stay away from the smoothies -- they aren't good for you!0 -
*backs out* I thought it would be coffee with Caribou in it, I got curious *blush* (Caribou being a local drink made of red wine, hard liquor, usually whisky, and maple syrup or sugar)....0
