Would like when my food diary is posted to fine out what I am deficient in on a daily summery. Ex.-need more fiber, protein etc.

After you fill out your food diary, it keeps a running tally at the bottom. If the numbers at the bottom of the column are green, you are coming in under what is recommended. Red means you went over. If at the end of the day you see fat and carbs are in red, you need to eat less fat and carbs.0
