I've been doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video, and was curious as to when most folks moved levels? Is the objective to spend a week at each level and then move up, or.... can you spend the full 30 days at Level 1??? And then do another 30 days at Level 2, etc.???
I'm doing Level 1 right now... following Anita on the moves until I get comfortable with them. It's been a week, and I'm wondering if I should move up or continue with Level 1. I still struggle with doing the push-ups in level 1, and... since I'm still doing the "Anita" level, I thought maybe I should stay here until I can master things at the Natalie level.
Any thoughts???

I moved every 10 days so I completed the 30 Day Shred in 30 days with equal amounts on each level.
You should move when you are comfortable with it though. If Level one is getting too easy for you, then move up.0 -
I put the DVD in and sat down and watched them to the next levels so I knew what I was getting myself into. You go each level until you feel you are ready to move on but it is designed to wrap up all levels in the 30 days.0
