Accurate tracking

Options
I have been working out with a trainer. The stuff we are doing involves strength training combined with cardio.

Example (today)
3 sets ea.:
curls
lat pull downs
suicide sprints
(repeat)

That is one set of excercises we did today (along with more). How would I best track this excercise regimen here?

I know that with the sprints and cardio stuff I am doing, I am getting my heart rate up in the 180 range while sprinting and then it probably drops into the 160 range doing weights before I go back to runnning.

get a HRM or use circuit training to get an estimate of the burn.

    I'd say I'm averaging 170 BPM for 1/2 hour
