Hello, I just started P90X and I can't figure out how to log it. How do you do it?

    I don't log my workouts here but I'd asume if there isn't a catagory you can make one.

    I use a Heart Rate Monitor that tracks my calories for each workout.

    I had the same question! I tried to play around with it, but I did not see any options. Which plan are you going by (classic, doubles, ) I will start tonight. I have 13 lbs to shed, and I'm not looking forward to my "before" picture, haha. Good luck!!!

    I am doing Lean. I have only completed the first video, and I like it! I can't wait to get strong enough to do it without struggle :)

    Log it in MFP? I had to create mine under Cardio and input the minutes and cals burned.
