A lot of people say I'm not big enough to lose weight. I'm not huge but I'm not at a good place, especially for my height. I used to work out every day and I did fine..but then for some reason I just stopped doing anything and continued to eat whatever I wanted as much as I wanted. I really love food so it was easy to constantly overeat and I did..if for no other reason than it tasted really good and I wanted more! Over the last few years I've watched myself get bigger, I've had to buy new clothes after several months, I feel awful and so tired all the time...it just gets worse as time goes on. Now and then I've tried different ways of dieting and working out to get healthier and lose some fat, but I always end up quitting. I don't know how many times this attempt makes, but I'm hoping I can stick with it this time and really make a lifestyle change so that I'm in better health.
A friend introduced me to this site and the app for my phone, and has also done the couch to 5k and lost a lot of weight, that's really helped inspire me to get going already and tough it out! I plan on learning to make better food choices and am going to start my excercise with the couch to 5K to work me back into running. The people I've seen here have done SO well already, it's very encouraging to see that it's not as impossible as it usually feels. Keep up the great work!!
