The company I work with is having a rip fire challenge to see who can loose the most or get the most ripped in 30 days. Just started this yesterday. So time will tell. I'm in for the getting ripped. Time will tell. I had already decided to start exercising and get into good shape before this , so I figured what the heck this will keep me at it for at least 30 days. I took before pics (they look like hello) if I have a big change I might post them on August. 1st. They have a trial where you can get a 30 day supply for 3.95 but becareful it will charge you almost 80.00 in 14 days!0

There's no need for any weight loss supplements. Most of them are ineffective, and some of them are downright dangerous. Even in the best case scenario (it does what it says without endangering your health or life), do you plan on taking it for the rest of your life?
People are always looking for that 'magic bullet'. There is no such thing. If there were, everyone would be thin and ripped.0
