Doesn't look like you are eating enough calories and Maybe more Veggies.
You really like the doughnuts too. Maybe watch the refined sugar. Other than that it looks fine.

I would suggest adding more protein, especially since you seem to be exercising regularly. Protein assists with both muscle gain and fat loss.

I would say most days you are not eating enough (try for a minimum of 1500 Net) So if you burn 600 you should get a minimum of 2100 and ideally your daily goal + what you burn. I would also step away from the Gatorade, unless you are working out at a high intensity for 60+ minute it is not needed. Also try to keep your sugar down avoiding Gatorade will help, but try to keep your fruit intake at 2-3 servings at most and add more veggies instead, and ditch the donuts and save them for special occasions only.

    Hope this helps.

Going to have to agree. :) I don't think 1200 calories is enough for any man, and Gatorade probably isn't necessary... But, if you like Gatorade and want to spend your calories on a bottle, there's no problem with that.

Agree with previous posters completely. Increase protein and get rid of the donuts. Besides, there is no way that the nutritional info for the donut you are eating is the same as the donut you are logging. Donuts have WAY more than 7 grams of sugar, no matter how small. I also noticed that you eat much the same foods every single day without much variety. Mix it up.

I would also recommend customizing your goals to increase your protein daily goal and decrease your carbs.

I looked back a few days and would say: Can the doughnuts and the G2, eat more veggies, eat bigger lunches that incorporate veggies, add protein to breakfast at least some of the time, and eat closer to your calorie goal for the day. At least a couple days, there wasn't water tracked either...

I would think that Wednesday was a pretty good day.
Something that caught my attention is that you don't seem to eat much during lunch, maye you should eat some chicken, tuna, meat, beans, etc with veggies.
"Doughnuts" I saw that you exceeded your sugars, so maybe you could find substitutes for your sugar cravings? cereal bars, fruit?
i'm not sure if you track water....try to drink at least 2 liters.
you rew making some pretty good choices too!

Now, I'm going to have to disagree. Keep eating your doughnuts. :) Maybe not everyday, but jeez! Cutting out things that you really enjoy is one way to make yourself miserable and give up on losing weight. I've bought a small box of doughnuts before and ate one everyday with a bit of low-fat chocolate ice-cream until they were gone. No problem. I just tried my best to eat healthy for other meals... So enjoy the doughnuts! (Unless, of course, your doctor says you shouldn't be eating them... If that's the case, you better stop or I'm coming to get ya!)

You do seem to love that donut. Instead of cutting it all together, maybe you cut it to just a few days a week at first. Also you'll probably want to increase your fiber grams (gradual at first) to about 25-30 grams per day. Yummy fiber - here's some good ones: pears, figs, apples, whole wheats, bran flakes, oatmeal, beans, almonds, peas, brussels sprouts, artichoke, corn, popcorn.

i think you are doing pretty good :)
you eat a good amount of fruit, and not TO MUCH processed foods (*cough*donuts*cough*) ha ha. But i've seen a lot worse, and it looks fine to me. everyone has their vices.

i love that you are eating lots of avocados <3

increase your protein intake, especially because i see you workout quite a bit (good for you!!).
    but all around good job!!

Im going to go with cut back on the donuts not eliminate them (note I ate chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream for dessert last night) Im a big fan of moderation for the things you love. The gatorade isnt necessary but I love my blue powerade and its better then soda. There are alot of good flavored waters (even carbonated) out there too though. Are you tracking sodium? most days you look OK with mainly nautral foods but there are a few days Im pretty sure youre not only over but Grossly over. 1200 cals is low for a guy so I agree that upping it will help. What is you excercise routine like? you need more protein as it is but you are starving your muscles of protein if you are weight lifting at this point

3 suggestions I would make. One would be to up your protein intake. Especially in the AM. I'm a 43 year old female and I try to keep my protein intake between 130-160g day. You're a guy and your gonna have to have more than me! Also you are way below calories on most days. (I just looked at your last week) My daily calorie goal is 1550. If I Net anything under 1200-1300 my wt loss slows down. If I keep upwards towards the 1400 mark I maximize my wt loss. I made the mistake when I first started, I thought oh if 1500 calories is good than 1100 calorie must be better! NO! It will take you awhile but you will be able to find your spot that maximizes your wt loss or slows it. I'm amazed at the calories and amount of food I get to/have to eat but I also try to eat really clean. For me that means minimal processed food. No crakers, donuts, breads etc......So if you can just go a little cleaner on your food choices I think you'll be pleased. :flowerforyou:
