Inches lost

Does anyone know the average time it take to lose the inches? I know I have my profile set to lose about two pounds a week and that's been working quite well. But how many inches are you supposed to lose in let's say, a month? I just updated my measurements and it's about an inch in all three places since this time last month. It feels like it's taking so long to show any difference on the measuring tape but the scale is is going down. I'd like to see the opposite effect.

It all takes time. You have to realize it took time to put all the weight on and it will take time to take it off the right way, and keep it off. Don't get discouraged. Just think where you will be a year from now, if you stay on track and where you will be a year from now if you don't.0

Everyone is different and lose it differently too. Some will lose inches first, some pounds but looks like you are doing amazing losing the pounds. You said you measure in 3 areas. Try measuring more. Measure your bust, waist, abdomen(which is 2-3 inches below waist), hips, thighs and arms. You may be missing some of the inches lost by only measuring a few areas. You are doing fabulous! Good luck on your continued success:)!!0
