My normal weight in high school was 120-125. Going away to college yeah you could say i gained my freshman 15, and never got it to go away.
That fall of 2006 i met my (just got engaged last sept) fiance- that i've been with going on 5 years now and gained ehhh another 15 pounds or so throughout the next two years and didnt do a thing about it. Well it made me feel terrible and disgusting, and really has lowered my self esteem. From there on i balloonnneddd to a crazy 172 pounds, which really had me in hermit crab mode not wanting to go out of the house or go out with people to have a good time feeling like someone i knew before i gained would see me and say OMG do you see her, shes huge now!
So in the fall of 2009 i took the initiative, cut my calorie intake in half and only ate around 800 a day, while doing the here and there exercising along with playing on a kickball leauge every thurs night. Ended up loosing a good 30 and my lowest i got was down to 140. Since then i've just tried to eat healthy and hadnt been doing much gym time like i should, and gained around 15 back in the summer of last year, putting me back at 155
I'm currently 150.2, and i started my diet two weeks ago. I've set my goal weight at 130 and would really love to be back to that size.
Right now im wearing a size 9 tight and 11 comfy jean, and would love to get back to a size 7 comfy. Its work.. but loosing 5 pounds in two weeks has already given me motivation to keep going to the gym everyday.

Normally at the gym i do a warm up for 10-15 mins of cardio
Then i go straight into either arm's or legs which i switch off days on these.
I then go into another 25-30 mins of intense cardio, and at the end of my gym session have burned around 350-400 calories.
I want to find a good ab workout- i always feel so awkward laying down on the mats at the gym doing crunches makes me feel people are staring. (any suggestions on exercising routines)

Getting married in september im really trying to see results, i know it takes time. But i'd love to get at least 15 of by the end of August.
Im looking for more friends on here to keep up the motivation and continue to eat cleaner and stay healthy! :)
