Stay Motivated
i have been in the gym now for over a month, that being a combo of weights and cardio. Me and my boy go five times a week, and ive lost about 20 pounds.The physique is getting back cut again, and just having a partner to work-out with is a big motivating factor. I also stay well under my calorie goal, and am feeling both mentally and physically stronger. Keep going my mfp peers, we will walk this road together.

Great job! I think the mental part of the weight loss has been the most meaningful to me. I just plain FEEL better.

MFP has done a great job of keeping me motivated and honest with myself. Yes, those M&Ms that I snuck in at 4pm DID count! Thanks to the great people like you who post things to inspire all!

Its definately nice to have motivation! I am very competitive so i know if someone was there with me I would try to out do them .... unfortunately i have a somewhat not so active fiance and no friends that live near me lol I walk my dog instead lol he seems to enjoy it .... he barely makes it the whole walk but he loves it
