Low Calorie Foods???

I'd love some ideas for some filling low calorie foods. I'm at 1200 a day, and if I can't get exercise in, it's difficult to east so few calories. What are the best low calorie filling foods to eat?

    Low carb whole wheat breads, pita, tortilla, Grilled boneless chicken, fish, pork. Beans. Fresh Fruit. Fresh Vegetables, Frozen Vegetables. No salt canned tomatoes. Nuts. Low fat Yogurts. Watch out for sauces, gravys and condiments. They are full of fat, sugar and sodium.
    You have to do some work. Look for low cal low carb recipes online that contain these ingredients. Watch protion size and educate yourself on healthy eating. It takes time but it is how you learn about healthy eating. No one can tell you what is going to work for you. You have to figure it out for yourself. Just watch processed and fast foods. Cook your meals so you can have control over the things that go in them and log in everything you eat. If you can before you eat it so you can make sure it is the best choice. Good Luck.

    Thanks. Anybody know some easy fish recipes? or really just HOW to cook fish. I've never cooked fish myself and just recently started liking some varieties. I like Talapia. It would be a really great addition to my diet.
