Seriously!!!!!! It's been a month and they're holding on for freakin' dear life! Anyone else having this problem? I guess I'll cut out sweets all together for a week and see what happens!?! I'm already cranky just thinking about it :noway:

I'm on week 3 with Ripped in 30 and I'm not gaining, just not losing???? the scale can go straight to

    I really dont think sweets are the problem because i dont eat alot of them? idk......just wish it didn't have to be so dang hard!

    are you measuring your self? Do you have fat to lose? Dont follow the scale you could be at you r goal right now you just have 5lbs of extra muscle on you.

    Take a close look at your diary and taper off the carbs as the day ends, reduce your sugar and sodium too. Also, you can switch up your exercise to a high intensity interval training. This REALLY helps!!
