eating burnt calories back after having an off week

I know you are supposed to eat back the calories you burn by exercising. My question is, what if I went over for the last 3 days in my calories and was not able to exercise those days. Can I use the calories I burnt today for the few days I went over?

You could try it but dont do it for too many days. your body might shut down and you may stop losing.0
