Hey there all fellow MFP family! I took a break from calorie counting and regular exercising for about six weeks. Partly because I got pneumonia and couldn't run and then I felt like I needed a break from the strict regimen since I had been at this since January.
The good news.....I have basically maintained where I left off. I mentally have changed my way of thinking about food and even though I didn't record everything I ate, I still thought about good choices. Sure, I had indulgences but I know that I can't do that on a daily basis. Ok, so now the bad news...I'm behind in where I wanted to be by the end of the year! So I have changed my goals to be reasonable and now I'm back to get rid of the last 20-25lbs forever! I love this site for all the support and everyone keeping each other in check.
Here's to melting and sweating away round 2 of fat!!!!
