Net Calories HELP!

I was looking at my progression charts earlier today, specifically weekly summary of my net calories. Underneath the graph it says that I have 337 net calories under my weekly goal (so far this week). I was curious to know what this meant and if I should be trying to lower or increase that number on a weekly basis to lose weight or do I want to be AT my weekly goal? I usually aim to burn about 3500 cals in exercise per week (as that equates to 1 pound), but I've been struggling to lose weight lately. And I'm just looking for any place that I can improve. Most days I eat under my daily calorie goal in net calories. I need help on trying to get my body to start losing weight again. I've been in a plateau for about a year now (switching up my workouts and everything--I am try to eat high protein and I currently am kickbox 3x a week & am training for a half-marathon), but nothing seems to be giving to get that scale to move down. HELLLLLP!

Hi. I also try to workout at least 3500 calories a week myself. You should be netting no less than 1200 calories a day after exercise. (this was told to me by a personal trainer for women) I can't view you diary but sounds like definately you need to be eating more!!! With those kind of workouts, your body needs fuel and you could be starving yourself. That would explain your plateau. My diary is open if you would like to view it. I try to get as close to my calorie allotment a day. I eats tons lol and I'm losing:) I even recently raised my calories from 1200 a day to 1380 because I had hit a plateau about 6 weeks ago and that got things moving again. Don't be afraid to eat to lose:)!!
