Happy monday all!
Ok, last chance workouts today! What are you going to do to make yourself proud???'
I am finishing the cooking for the week and getting some treadmill time in and body pump tonight!
I have to watch what I eat, of course. I don' t know if I did myself any favors this weekend....:frown:

Howdy everyone! I had a great weekend...stayed within my calories & had lots of exercise.:drinker:
I did my cardio video this morning & will walk this afternoon. I don't weigh in until Wednesday morning so I have 2 last chance workouts! I better NOT be driving the Zero bus this week!0 -
Howdy crew. I had a long weekend. My daughter had her first visit from Aunt Flow and instisted we make brownies, because she "had to have chocolate". They were so chewy and yummy. Then I made Zuccini bread. Which was also wonderful. I'm so glad I take weekends off. I had enough sugar this weekend to last me 12 though.
I was suppose to go riding with a friend yesterday. But the flippin wind was blowing a zillion miles an hour and it was kind of making the horses jumpy so we skipped it and I took a nap.:yawn:
Tonight I have to go to a salad supper at our church and it's pouring so looks like I'll have to skip my noon walk and maybe exercise after I get home from my dinner. But like Losing_it, I have tomorrow to exercise also.
I hope I'm not on that stinking bus.0 -
Losing it I hope not to be on that bus with you...I have excercised my heart out the last 3 days but since TOM is here there is no telling it could go either way...
I am working out 3 times a day this week.... 45 minutes on the elliptical 2X a day and a 1.5 - 5 mile run before I head to work in the mornings0 -
I am just laughing at anna banana. My daughter craves salt and vinegar chips!
I didn't do good this weekend. I was home alone and running errands and I know I didn't eat like I should, I will be thrilled to be on teh zero bus again!
I started a "detox" today. Not the kind everyone thinks of, I am allowed to eat, just a limited diet for the next 9 days.
Anyway, I am off to get on the treadmill. I have a dental procedure tomorrow, shouldn't be that bad, but just in case I am getting my workouts in today and an early one tomorrow! :happy:0 -
Since it was Birthday on Wednesday and friends have had surprise parties everyday since. I was so excited when I got on the scale and was down a pound. I need good on my eating my excercise was not that great.. So off to the gym tonight for hour of cardio and hour of circuit training. I will sure get a good night sleep afterwards..

No diet for her, she is already 5'7" and only 115 or so. She is kind of a health nut and goes to the gym with me and all that, and she does cross country soon so she can afford a bag of chips here and there! Lucky0 -
I love salt & vinegar chips..maybe that should be my reward if I make it thru October without going over once. :laugh: See....I'm still picking FOOD as a reward...how do I stop that? :grumble: Hey...at least the chips would be a better choice than the KING SIZE Whatchamacallit Bar I originally thought of!:laugh:0

I am bad about food rewards too, for me, somehow I am really good at not doing that to my kids.
