I have had my fitness pal app on my iphone for a couple months and have recorded weight a couple times on it. Now am ready to start using it along with the web page to really start a new change. Love to meet some new friends to help motivate me and keep on track. Have my exercising down, love to go take Zumba, Hip Hop, & Turbokick classes am up to 4 or 5 times a week. Now have to work on eating thats my downfall enjoy food and eating out on weekends trying new food with husband. I will take any help, suggestions to try to change.
