I went back to tea to kick my coffee habit. If you still want caffeine, Earl Grey is my favorite black tea. It's got a great flavor and is good with just a small amount of sugar. I don't put any in it anymore, but it is better with it. If you want to give up caffeine too, green tea.

Here is one more thing that can help:
    Avoid starbucks for 1 week.
Put into an account the money you would have spent on starbucks each day.
The average starbucks beverage is about $4. So $4x7= $28
That's $840/month ON SOMETHING YOUR BODY DOESN'T NEED!
And that's assuming you get a cheap beverage ONCE a day.
I see where you are going with this, but your math is a bit off. It's more like $120/month. Still. A big deal.

My Dr. suggested I switch from a Latte to a Misto as it's less calories. So now I get a grande nonfat sugar free vanilla misto for 70 calories! Satisfies my taste buds and fits nicely into my calorie limits.

Invest in a Keurig machine. Then you can make your own and doctor it up however you like. Also, vanilla or chocolate almond milk is awesome in coffee.
