I always come up a little more then my intended goal...

Can someone help me? I'm suppose to have 1330 calories a day right....I always come up a little more then my intended goal...what can I eat that won't go over my calorie goal?

    You might want to try some fruits, veggies, salad, 100 calories snacks/deserts, low cal puddings, jello just to name a few.

    Hi! I am loving Yves veggie dogs. Only 50 calories each. I eat two for lunch without the bun. Lots of protein and few calories. Also Tyson has grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts in the freezer section that you can microwave in 3 minutes. Only 100 calories.

    There are 100 calorie bags of popcorn that are really filling, Chobani Greek Yogurt is amazing and really filling - 80 calories. Quaker weight control oatmeal, saralee 45 calorie and delicious bread all my favorites. Hope this helps!

    One of my favorite finds is the Walmart brand fudgecicles (and possibily other ones too, I just usually buy the walmart ones cause of price). The satisfy my late-night-i-want-something-cold-and-chocolate cravings for only 65 calories!

    smaller more frequent meals help me feel like im eating all day....also make sure ur getting lots of water.
