    Me too! It's gonna really make me want to work on my running on the days I do strength training with p90x. I think this is really gonna help me reach my birthday goal. :happy:

    I hear ya on being ready for this to start! I could use some extra motivation right now and this challenge will be it!

    Only a few more days before the heat is on! What is your plan?!

    I'm going to finish up my c25k and get started on the bridge to 10k. I'll be starting boot camp 5 days a week starting July 5th. I'll continue my pole dancing class weekly and will try to squeeze some zumba and hooping in during the month. Finally, I want to try to get a yoga class or two in weekly. My exercise should be at least. 1 hour a day, but will be 3 hours once a week.

    Phew! Can't wait to get started!

    My plan is to stick to my P90x 6 times a week, and do at least 2 runs a week on strength training days.

    Check us out! What a good looking yacht! I'm pretty excited about starting this too. I need something to kick me into high gear. I've been slacking a little lately.

    My plan is still in development, but it will include lots of running.

    My usual plan seems to be something along the lines of 6 days of working out and 1 day of active recovery. Three of my six workout days include strength, and then the other days include whatever else I feel like doing (DVD, biking, swimming, dancing, standing on my head, etc). I also walk or run intervals with my puppy every day, and then commute to work and/or class by bike if weather permits.

    That's my plan, more or less! :D

    i'm super excited to get this started! my plan is also still in development but i'm thinking running, running and more runnng, zumba 2-3 times a week. i have P90X but am scared to start it! I guess i'll have to step up to the plate and do it so we can win this challenge!
