    love nutella but cant eat it staight from jar too sweet

    I have a rule, only one spoonful per day of only ONE of the items listed per day...:embarassed:

    the honey is hard so it's not as easy to get at, hence I don't eat much of it:wink:

    lately I have enjoyed dipping my almond butter laced spoon into the blueberry fruit spread = heaven:heart:

  • Cottage cheese. It is my go to snack if I am really hungry and can't decide what I want or if I am just starting to make something. A few bites to fend of hunger.

    Nutella! In high school I wasn't eating enough during the day and I'd get super dizzy so i kept a jar in my locker and have a spoonful between classes. I started eating better but I have a hard time not having my spoonful a day.

    I can't believe nobody listed hummus.....hmmmm????? Hummus and celery..WOW...try the supremely spicy type, you'll love it !!!
