I'm an off and on member of weight watchers, but after losing 45 pounds two years ago, I've kind of stalled out. I'm still down 30 pounds, and I find tracking beneficial, but I didn't like paying the $40 a month. With my job it is difficult to attend the meetings, and since I'm paying for them, I would feel guilty if I didn't go. So here I am, and I'm going to give it a go...

Hey:) I have been to weight watchers, and also tried their etools option. I found the points system works amazingly well and becomes very easy for some members and for others, just doesn't seem to cut it. I find that I like the calorie counting better because the subtle differences are more apparent, and at the end of the day my summary (along the bottom of your food tracking on this website) will tell me what I need to work on. (for today, too much sodium and a bit over on the carbs.. whoopsie!) I wanted a little more detailed nutritional info! Welcome to MFP!!
