Ok so I use to eat sugar all the time and I have very slowly gotten over the cravings. yesterday my mom in law brought up one of her cakes and they are to die for - so I ate probably a quarter of it with extra icing- I went way over my calories for the day. I know I was bad but I rarely binge like that.

Ok so now I have this head spliting headache and I have been drinking my water all morning hoping it will go away - no luck - Should I eat something with sugar in it to help ease the headache or suffer through it

Does anyone else react this way?

Have you tried a pain reliever?

I don't get sugar headaches, only shakes and grouchiness.....maybe have a piece of hard candy or a caramel?

I don't like to use pain meds if I can help it - But I may just have too if it doesn't lighten up! I think I will try to eat something with sugar and see if it helps -- thank you!:ohwell:

what abour something to soak up the sugar? I have a ham or cheese sanswich when i get sugar induced headaches, dont have pain relief if i can help it. I take enough pills in one day to turn me into a rattle as it is
I also find, steering clear from the pc screen helps - or turning brightness down, put sun glasses on, tuen the lights out.
    Hope this helps :flowerforyou:
