I'm new to MFP...started P90X with my wife on May 16th. Doing really good with the nutrition and fitness aspect of the program. Tonight is Yoga X (gulps) :-p

My fitness goals are to get rid of some spare tire around my gut and to gain muscle and strength. I have a thin frame and have already been seeing nice results from the program.

I have been keeping track of all my nutrition within a spreadsheet (Body for Life sheet), recently heard about this website and I can use my pc and phone to update...this is def the way to go.

    Doing good, how are you Kyle...welcome to MFP. Doing P90X will definitely get you one step if not all the way to your goals.

    @ Wade - good to hear...I'm doing good as well. Beautiful evening here in Atlanta, counting down until I get to "press play" and "bring it". I must say though, Yoga is not may fav within P90X, but know it is critical.

    Yeah, when I did my round of P90X, Yoga was not my favorite either...I am not flexible and that sh$t hurt...lol
