Getting back into it

Howdy,
I'm Paul and I'm new to this site. I was into running a lot last year culminating in my first marathon, but I didn't train as well as I should have and it resulted in an overuse injury (runners knee). I took too much time off and let myself go a bit. Also, beer (particularly craft beers that can pack almost 300 calories a pint!) is a huge weakness of mine. So I'm here to get back at it.
