Agreed. I hate all of those common sense studies.

New study: men are typically attracted to women.

    Omg, really? Lol. Kidding.

Thanks to the OP for sharing anyways!!

I say all things in moderation but my assumption to those on the "don't eat" list is that they are all on there because they are high in sodium?

Potato chips = HIGH in sodium

Other potatoes = I don't think these should be on here...potatoes are great sources of other vitamins and nutrients. All in moderation.

Sugar-sweetened beverages = Ewe and they do have sodium in them but just...really a waste of space.

Unprocessed red meats = I don't eat red meat but I'd think these were good because they are also a good source of protein

Processed meats = extremely high in sodium.

there are no foods that make you fat, and no foods that make you non-fat. LOL
the studies that were done were inaccurate unless they looked at every single other factor impacting these people's lives, as well as the amount of food they were actually eating. statistical data is misused all too frequently.

i eat a baked potato a couple nights a week for dinner. its a better option than a lot of foods. low in calories, filling and you can add what youd like to it to make really good. ive never gone over a carb allowance on here. so :p to the list talkin smack bout potatoes.
