Hi there, I am a 51 year old grandmother of 3; and i'm sitting at 180 lbs; my heaviest ever. I am trying a couple of things: I am working out 5 days a week: I've become addicted to spin classes, and i just recently got a personal trainer to set up a weight training program for me that I do 3x a week. I am currently doing an "Xtreme Lean" cleanse, I got from my health food store, and Bio-x Xtreme Protein Shakes, that I alternate every second day as a snack, and/or a breakfast smoothie (depending on how much I'm in the gym that day).
I have trouble wanting to eat in the evenings, so i have taken up drinking ice water all evening. It makes me get up in the night, but it is helping with the cravings. :smile:

I have a wedding to go to end of july and I'm hoping to lose at least 10 lbs. I'll keep you posted.:wink:
