Well, I blew it this weekend!!!! I gained 3.5 pound in one weekend!!!! I am sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I blew it :noway:

    Don't even think you have let us down. We are all here together.
    It is probably mostly water anyways. Just do good today and tomorrow and more than likely you will probably have only gained 1lb or maybe not even none.
    We all goof sometimes. It is all apart of the process of learning this new life. Just to limit yourself next time will be all worth the oops from this weekend.
    We are learning to live a life worth living and we all mess up sometimes. It is all apart of the cycle of life.

    We love u and know that you are not going to let this get you down. Keep your chin up and keep on trucking. We are behind you 100%.

    You're ok sweetie!!! I think weekends are the hardest for us all.

    Best way to deal:

    NOW: Eat very well and excercise!

    This coming weekend and all the rest: Plan plan plan! Plan to workout at least once during the weekend. Plan the meals out in advance. Plan on what you will eat if you go out. Plan on having snacks with you at all times, it prevents the impromtu drive thru stop! Plan on having water with ya!

    I have faith in you, and believe me, I know how bad weekends can be and how discouraged you can feel afterwards! But to make this journey, you have to edit all of your life; not just the food but what that food means to you. And not just the weekends, but every day of your life.

    Most of all, you have to take it one step at a time!

    I have found the best day to weigh myself is friday mornings. That way if I did consume too much of anything on the weekend, my downfall being alcohol :), by friday, I have had time to counter some of my diet wrongs. Stop torturing yourself by weighing in on monday, as a couple of those pounds are probably fluid retention. Make yourself stay away. By friday the damage probably would only be a pound, as you have worked hard all week to correct what happened on the weekend. A pound is much easier for your brain to absorb.
