NSV - My hips!

My hips always hurt when I did any walking and I just noticed this week that my hips don't hurt anymore. I am not sure when it stopped, but I am so happy to be rid of the aching that I would get!

way to go! i wish i could be there again but nature is cruel, i have bad genes, and at the ripe young age of 19 i have arthritic hips.0
